Secret Shopper / Customer Survey 
Our new and improved online Secret Shopper.  If you are interested in giving us some feedback please feel out the form below.  If you want to become a regular Secret Shopper then please get in contact with Chris Presswood.  You can reach him during normal business hours at 270-575-4990.  Typical things that we ask for our secret shoppers are - complete and total honest feedback, shop at different hours of the day and week, purchase different package to change the level of service, never let anyone besides Chris know that you are a secret shopper (that includes Nancy and Wes), and shoppers are asked to complete forms online as soon as possible (needs to be completed within an hour or two of shopping.)  This is one of the many ways we look for ways to improve our total facility and staff.  ALWAYS WORKING HARD TO BE THE BEST!
